Our Services
Initial Psychiatric Evaluation
$600
Your first visit is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation designed to understand your unique story, concerns, and goals. This session typically lasts 90-120 minutes and involves a detailed review of your mental health history, current symptoms, medical and psychosocial background, and lifestyle factors. We explore emotional, behavioral, and cognitive patterns to arrive at a thoughtful and accurate diagnosis.
The evaluation is collaborative, respectful, and judgment-free. We’ll discuss treatment options—ranging from therapy, medication, or holistic strategies—and develop a personalized care plan tailored to your needs.
I treat all adults for a wide variety of conditions including:
depression and mood disorders
anxiety disorders such as GAD, OCD, and PTSD
ADHD
disordered eating
My areas of specialty include:

Medication Management Follow ups
25-30mins follow up $250
45 mins $300
For established patients, follow up visits serve as a dedicated space to monitor your progress, assess the effectiveness of your current treatment plan, and make adjustments as needed. We’ll review your symptoms, side effects, and overall wellbeing to ensure your medications are supporting your mental health goals. I integrate supportive and cognitive behavioral therapy in sessions to address any challenges in your life.
One-time Reproductive Consultation
$600
For patients who have a psychiatrist, psychiatric nurse practitioner, PCP, OB/GYN or midwife interested in a one time consultation.
This is a focused 60–90 minute session designed to support individuals navigating mental health concerns during reproductive life stages. Whether you're planning a pregnancy, currently pregnant, postpartum, or experiencing challenges related to fertility, pregnancy or infant loss, or hormonal transitions (e.g., PMDD, perimenopause), this consultation offers expert, evidence-based guidance.
We will review your psychiatric and reproductive history, current symptoms, and relevant medications—including a risk-benefit analysis of psychiatric treatment options during pregnancy and lactation. You’ll receive personalized guidance that can be shared with your current care team (who will receive a brief report on what we discuss).
